"MIDAGMUS just keeps bringing it!
Hard to believe it's only two guys making this wall of noise!

Nipping at the heels of their last album, 'GREATEST HITS' (which ironically/sarcastically is their first, full length album), MIDAGMUS once again throws us a powerful curve with 'THIS IS NOT HAPPENING'.

Comprised of a dozen, lean and mean tracks, this record delivers the goods and isn't afraid to lean heavily on some great riffage! Tunes like 'Fan the Flames','R is for Rhetoric' and 'Beg to Differ' showcase the band's ability to get political without being overly self righteous. 'Pretty Sure I Hate You', a soon to be classic, tells the tale of a relationship gone bad. 'Flaunt It' has a very cool jazzy vibe which reminded me of the time I spent MCing gentlemen's clubs in Detroit. 'Butterflies' and 'Ayatollah of Rock and Rolla' (finally somebody used this as a song title!) brings the heavy hitting punch and groove...could this be the unholy union between Soundgarden and AC/DC that we didn't know we needed? A girl can dream..."
